I have a Soyo SY-K7V Dragon Plus MB running Windows XP Pro with an Athlon 2200+ CPU with the latest Bios from Soyo. My problam is that I can't get my MB to run properly if more than 780MB of memory is installed. The manual states that the MB can run up to 3GB of DDR2100 memory. Sisoft Sandra Pro 2003 states however that I can only install a maxium of 768MB of memory which I have insatlled now. I am using Crucial 2.5@133 memory sticks. I have 3 stciks of 512MB's that I can't use. Every time I install more than 768MB the system frezes up after a period of time or it automatically reboots. I now have the 256MB of Crucial that I installed when I built the system and 1 of the 512 sticks. Any suggestions I can try?

That is interesting I have the same board and it is really pissing me off. I had 3 sticks of 256Meg and I bought a stick of 512 for pretty cheap and installed it. Now I have same problems as you.

I am ordering an Asus Nforce board this weekend. I am tired of messing with this thing. I wish I would have stayed with the Asus. Hind sight is 20/20.;) I think I will make a htpc with this soyo. I won't need that much memory for that.
