Soyo Dragon+ BIOS Setup access problem...

I have a Soyo Dragon + working just fine. For some reason, I can no longer get into the setup at boot. This was never a problem when I was building the machine a month ago, just noticed it today while trying to look at my COM port settings. I have tried hitting 'del' at every possible moment... After the mem test and hitting the DEL key, I get a blank screen with a blue band across the bottom with the cursor blinking at the top right. Any ideas anyone? Thanks for the help! I DO have the latest BIOS.
