For those of you in Southern California near an IKEA, they are having a TON of deals tomorrow.. First 100 people at each of the four southern california locations will get a FREE POANG armchair. The armchair and footrest go for $119 originally, and if you DON'T get there in time to get yours for free, it's on sale for $49 for both the chair and footrest.

There's a ton of other great deals going on, and there's a $50 off $250 or more coupon on the back of the ikea ad. Looks like i'll be stuck at ikea all day tomorrow.. 🙁
 
Yeah, I was just in there today. It's supposed to be on the 28th. There's also a $50 off $250 coupon in the Sunday LA Times. I believe it's good for 28th - 31st. May wanna double check me on that one ...

Sounds like there may be some deals to be had on this Weds ...

God freaking damnit. Why oh why did I decide to work today! This is a hot deal. I have the black leather version of this chair and must say that it is really really comfortable to sit in.
 
The chair comes unassembled I hope? (I don't drive a big car). Heh, I wonder if I go whether I'll be one of the first 100...
 
you guys better get there early! A sh*tload of college students from UCI will be lining up bright & early. College students love free stuff! 🙂
 
On the site it said special hours from 9am-9pm for the Covina store. I will be there b4 they open for the free chair and probably buy things i dont need.
 
dang, maybe I should take a day off and check out all the specials going on at IKEA on wednesday... I've sat in a few of those POÄNG chairs during my last visit to IKEA a few months ago. very comfortable...

don't forget to get the breakfast special in the morning. very tasty and very cheap.
