LOL I thought Matt and Trey censored the words to be ironic

Edit - wait, the article ViRGE posted says absolutely nothing about Viacom censoring the episode.

Words? I haven't seen the episode yet, what words? All I know about it is the controversy it has gotten from some radical Islamic group that has threatened Parker and Stone with death. What they censored was Mohamed's image, put him in a bear costume, in a moving truck etc.. Yet even this they got a death threat for. What were the words?

When you think about it even this took guts for Parker and Stone to do since the outcome though ironic and stupid isn't surprising. There's some small chance that some nut could actually carry out the death threat after all.

lol yeah they have more guts than I have. It's completely idiotic but if I were them I wouldn't have come near this subject with a 10 foot poll. Course that's what makes them great. Hope they don't get hurt for this though.

That's irony in a nutshell. This is precisely what Matt & Trey were mocking in that episode. When it comes to these people. Radical Muslims or whatever you want to call them. I think we've been MORE than tolerant. While a minority, they are a sizable one and I think it's growing. Not all of them threaten violence but I've heard enough hate speech spewed from Islamists here in Canada to get a pretty good picture of the general attitude.
