The clip is from a documentary called "The Aristocrats", which features a hundred and some comedians all telling the same dirty joke in their own way. It's proclaimed as the dirtiest joke ever told, what you saw was the South Park rendition from that movie. George Carlin was another one who was featured telling the joke and I've always wanted to see his version, but I don't really want to buy the movie.
