there was a prostitution ring here nailed with 9-12 year olds as the 'merchandise' and older teens running it. They serviced both other kids and adults.

Kids are having sex very young, it depends on region of the country though. I think the average loss of virginity here is approaching 13-14. However from West Palm Beach to Miami we lead STD lists especially AIDS.
