Source for moderate priced sunglasses

I've had sunglasses from some of the big names as well as lesser names but I tend to lose, scratch or break them in less than a year so I find it hard to justify paying hundreds of dollars for a pair of sunglasses. Part of the cost, of course, is that the "huts" in the mall have high costs so they need to add a fair amount to cover there costs. I'd rather buy online but I'm not sure what the best sites are, the ones you can trust.

My preference for type of sunglasses is wrap-around style. Other things that would be nice are:

1. Hard lenses that don't scratch easily

2. Polarized a plus

3. Photochromic is also a plus but not 100% necessary

4. Less than $75, preferably less than $50

I'm not sure about less tint but perhaps someone can clue me in as far as how tint and what tint can improve contrast.

Appreciate any feedback...
