a while back i read an article somewhere about how to wrap your power cables with the same black mesh that enermax uses for their power supplies. sadly i didn't bookmark the article (or i did & just can't find the damn bookmark now!) & i can't find the site that sells the mesh. anybody know who sells this stuff?

actually, they don't have the mesh i'm referring to - they just have split loom. i really prefer the mesh as it fits more tightly on the wires & so isn't so bulky ...

anybody?

PCMODS.com has a guide on how to do this, for the smaller cables anyway. I know what mesh you're talking about, my dad uses the stuff to make fishing weights by filling it with lead. Very inconspicuous to the unassuming fish... I think that it can be found at hardware stores.

Why pay the premium of ordering it online 'made for computers'? Just got any of your local auto parts store, or a home improvement/building store that puts emphasis on electrical items. You will then pay about 20 cents a foot give or take.
I just recently got mine from a moms and pops store and they had the stuff in come sweet colors .

good point, weeper. i'll have to try that out. i don't mind paying a premium for the convenience of ordering online, but they always stick you when it comes to shipping ... i'm so tired of companies using "s&h" as another profit center!
