Off the top of my head:

-Snoring, probably the most annoying sound ever
-chord.wav file from windows
-Grinding noises such as a fan with bad ball bearings or the vibrations caused by a bad fan (I have our office Humidifier in mind here :awe
-Baby crying
-People who try not to make noise, but who actually make more in the process, ex: someone getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of a movie or something... just GO, stop dragging yourself.
- Almost anything repetitious, after a while will get super annoying

Fire alarms, school busses when they let the kids off and it makes a bunch of fucking beeps, fire truck sirens/horns, a .357 magnum without ear plugs, extremely loud fart cans, I have a coworker that talks to himself loud enough for everyone to hear and it drives me nuts.

styrofoam related noises. I dont know why it bothers me so much. what's even worse is when i'm doing the styrofoam related noises (breaking, screaching it somewhere) and my hands are feeling the vibration or whatever icky feeling that comes from doing it. ugh.

We have a styrofoam cooler that bounces around in the back of the car. I keep forgetting to destroy it until we are on the road and it starts squeaking and squeaking and squeaking. My wife tells me that crawling in the back and immobilizing the cooler isn't safe at 80mph. Passengers shouldn't instruct the driver.

I HATE the sound of women walking with shoes that flap. (like flip flops or shoes that have no heals or heal straps or something to hold their foot to the shoe) They make that god awful suction peeling sound as the foot comes off the shoe and then it is followed by the smacking sound as the shoe pops up to strike the bottom of the foot.
