Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro remote control issue

I have a SoundBlaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro and I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to use the remote to control other media players such as WMA and Winamp.

Also, I was wondering if anyone knows what the boxes labeled "Parameters" and "Start In" under the properties in Remote and OSD Settings. Thanks.

I got mines to work with Winamp 5. I just had to download a plug-in for it and program a few buttons but it worth nonetheless. I haven't tried it with WMP so I wouldn't know.

With the winamp plugin, I can mute it easily enough, but how do you unmute it to where it goes back to the previous volume?
