My aunt has a problem where her sound had gone away. I have tried to troubleshoot it over the telephone. She is running windows 98 on a system that was built for her. I need to know all of the system specs. We have used device manager and system information but neither show audio??? I need to find out if she has on board sound or sound card. The easiest thing to do, I know would be to pop it open and see, but she lives over 8 hours away and I am not going to ask her to pop it open and look for things she doesn't know what she is looking for. What program can she dl to get all her system specs so she can mail it to me?
