Sound driver!

I have a HP - Compaq Special Edition L2000 Laptop/Notebook. I can't find any sound drivers because I installed 7 and it originally had XP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If HP hadn't provide Windows 7 certifications for your model - you can't install their drivers (because there is no such drivers)

Unfortunately there is no other option.

Not necessarily. There are Vista drivers for this model on HP's web site. Vista drivers will usually work for Win 7.
