[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]HP desktop Win 8.1 Speakers/Headphone IDT Audio (Beats Audio)[/FONT]
[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]sound comes out of one external speaker only[/FONT]
[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]The options to update drivers is greyed out. The computer is new. A couple of days ago, it worked perfectly. I haven't changed anything. I clicked the usual Troubleshooting options. [/FONT]
