I just got done reading the mini article on audio chip testing.

You guys need to go beyond that because hardware audio has been 'good enough' for a long time now. You should be exploring more complex features of how sound cards are used. Like looking at sound editing software and text to speech. As well as voice software (aka for special fx).

It'd be interesting if you could find some people in the audio special fx industry and have interviews with them. A lot of us just play with what we got but it'd be interesting to see how those in the know use and do all sorts of cool creative things with audio hardware. It'd also spice up the topic of audio and may push this boring aspect of computer hardware/software forward by pointing it out and talking about it on ananadtech.
