Sound Card won't install right (DFI LP/Realtek)

well..I have another problem. Everything installed great other then the Bernstein Audio Card that came with my DFI LT p35 t2r board.

lets see.. the mess of issues:

Installs, dsn't show up in Device Manager
Doesn't fully uninstall(error pops up)
There an unknown PCI device in DM (guessing the card)
UAA drivers won't show up. (even when installed)
Sound card doesn't recognize any devices plugged into it


I'm beggining to think this card is a POS... any help would be great.

I've pretty much done everything i've seen on the net regarding this issue except deleting a certain reg. key (i cant find which one)

any help would be great.
