Will a audigy 2 zs front panel work with one of those x-fi sound cards. I was looking at the fatality one that didnt come with a front panel because it was cheaper. I was wondering if i could just use my front panel from my audigy 2 zs with that instead of having to pay extra just for that
 
You really need specific advice about this mix-n-match.
Even if CL cards and panels both have the 40pin connectors, doesn't mean they are compatible.

I understand that's what you're asking, but don't listen to people that say they will work simply based on the fact they booth have the pins.

The ZS platinum front bay will work. This is a common question over in the Creative user forums. Just do a search.
