Sound Card problem...

Any ideas? Do you think my sound card is dying?

I tried using my headphones and my speakers, but the same thing happens in both cases. It's always on the left.
 
Repeatedly? I've had Creative sound cards for years and every one of them had produced pops and cracks occasionally, and now that you mention it they do seem to hit the left channel more often.
 
Installed any new drivers recently? The easiest solution would be to check your sound card drivers. The least favorable solution would be to RMA your sound card and get a replacement. Another idea would be to try your motherboard integrated sound and see if there are any problems there. May there is some sort of conflict between the integrated sound (mobo) and the discrete card (Sound Blaster).
