I am trying to find a sound card that I can hook my sound system to. Meaning that I need a sound card that has sound +/- ports (the red and yellow once). I basically want to use my system speakers on my comp instead of my crappy comp speakers.

Ummm... Never seen one that couldn't do that. If the card you get has a mini plug instead of the phono plugs you are looking for (which it likely will), go to Radio Shack to get an adapter that will change a single mini plug into dual phono plugs.
