Sound card for PC

I'm looking for an audio card for my computer. It'll be hooked up to my digital piano keyboard. I want the ability to record and something that's reasonably high quality (I usually use this with HD-580s). It MUST have low-latency when I use external piano samples.

I don't really want to go much past $100. Pci is fine - usually USB/firewire is more expensive and has higher latency, but if there are any good models that fit the requirements it's not big deal.

m-audio or e-mu are going to be your best bets. i also looked at the mackie Onyx Satellite, for the price it seems like a great solution to home recording.
