Seriously tho, the right angle is much shorter & would fit under the card when mounted in an empty slot. I'm not sure if they make right angle going both directions, or whether you have enough length/space/flexibility to fit the cable under card+right angle & approach from the bottom of the case.
Edit: 1) You could just get more flexible risers & go over/around your sound card if you can't go straight to it or under. Pcie can be extended meters.
2) Your weird microphone drone is a result of the mic amps being a few mm away from the video card fan. Since mics produce such low power in the first place the signal has to be magnified, but you are also magnifying any signal induced by the fan's EM fields. The radiation quickly falls with distance, so if you can get a couple of slots gap it would be a night & day difference.
