Does anyone know if the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD sound card is compatible with the Intel 975XBX2 mobo?

Only if you run one GPU, and then really only if the GPU is single slot width, because if your GPU is double width, the X-Fi is going to be in the middle slot and right up against the GPU's cooling, blocking its airflow. If you still had one GPU and moved the X-Fi to the 3rd slot, you'd cut the PCIe lanes for the GPU down to x8 from x16.
