Sound blaster live!

I am looking to upgrade sound card in my comp. I got deal for sound blaster live! (OEM) 49 bucks. Is it a good deal? Is sound blster live! is a good card? thanks for your support.

It`s a good card not the best but it`s probably the most popular card,price wise I`m not sure since I`m from the UK ,but I think that`s not bad ,btw I use one & it is rock solid on all games etc.

for that price, that is probably the original SBLive! which does not support digital out, dolby 5.1, or the live!drive.

nevertheless, it is still an awesome sound card. you will still have EAX hardware support for games

Hi AC I am not very experienced in this area. But i just checked my card and the manual that came in the CD rom. It has digital audiao in and outit also has the telephone answering device connector and internal audio extension (digital I/O) connector etc. Did i get a good deal for 49 bucks?
