Sound Blaster Live X-Gamer - no stereo RCA support?

Maybe I was spoiled by the AWE64's on-card left and right RCA-out connectors, because today I went to hook up my Sound Blaster Live X-Gamer, and lo and behold there are no more RCA connectors in the back. I hook my sound card up to my stereo, so I really need to be able to hook the card to those stereo RCA plugs. I tried hooking the line-out jack to the RCA cables via a little adapter I had lying around, but it doesn't separate the left and right channels properly. Don't tell me I have to buy that add-on card with all the connectors!

I have SB, SB16, SB64, MX300, SB live 5.1 Platinum and none them use RCA connector. All of them use stereo mini jack to RCA cable, usually came with the sound card.

I'll bet the Platinum did come with a connector, but the X-Gamer did not. You'd think with so many gamers (like me) being nuts about their sound and running their cards through their stereos, they wouldn't begrudge us the little connector, but they did. Anyway, it would be awesome if you could tell me exactly what sort of part it was, then I could just go to Radio Shack and pick it up.

You have the Awe64 gold right? I have one also. Was a great card. Those gold plated RCA plugs were convinient for connecting to a stereo system.

Yeah, it was. The AWE64 was the first decent sound card I had...I remember not being able to believe the bass it was pumping out. Hopefully, the SB Live will be good too, as soon as I get this connector situation straightened out.

It is called stereo mini jack to RCA cable. You can fund them at BestBuy or RadioShark around $3.
