Ok, I just bought a KYRO II and a Geforce3, at first I had a geforce 2 and it didnt perform as well as I liked in games. The I bought the kyro 2 and it couldnt work, so I bought a new geforce 3, and it didnt work so I bought a new power supply(since I have a dual p3-1000 system, I thought it wasnt getting the power it needed) so I was left with a lot of stuff I really didnt need and none of it really worked. So, remember my frustration with my old athlon system, I decided to take out the evil SB Live card and Tadah... it worked. But now I have no sound. The agp card is on IRQ 16, and in the bios, you can only manually go up to 15... and I tried manually setting the sound card, but whatever I tried it wouldnt work and would always conflict with the video card. Is there any way to get this to work? Has anybody else had this problem? My systen is as follows

Windows 2000
Tyan Tiger 230 mobo
dual pentium 3 -1000 processors
Cardexpert Geforce 3
SB Live Value
512 megs of rev 2 Mushkin ram
couple of old harddrives
couple of cdrws and a dvd drive...

I went to another forum and they said run pcilist.exe but I have never heard fo this progam and it isnt in the win2000 directory...
Can anybody help me here? thanks a lot

It would help if you explained "it didnt work", does it not post, can you not boot into windows, etc.

Yes, I am sorry that would help.

It will boot into windows and will play for a while, until I try to play a video game. It will then freeze, the mouse will freeze and all, but in the background the music will continue to play and be processed. I opened my winamp and played a 3d game to confirm this, it froze, continued playing the one song, shuffled to the next and played through the next one. But it is difinitely locked and control-alt-delet doesnt work, the only solution is to pull the plug.
