ribbon13 has mentioned this place as a good one to buy a 1705 or 1905 (both have the 5.1 input you want)

here you can find a pic of the denon`s back...I guess its ok to connect the audigy 2 to this

The only bad thing i can find about it is that this product has been discontinued according to the site

The 06 models are coming out / are out (I don't know when they switch over)

The 1705 or 1905 would work as far as I know.
