Me and others will begin to code a new web app soon and we need a place to congregate - like a wiki, forum, etc that tracks bugs, progress, etc. It will not be open source. Anyone know what we can use?

Well, you certainly could setup your own server/hosting environment and do this all yourself, all depends on whether you want to spend the time to do it or pay someone else to spend their time doing it :p

This is what we use: http://www.mantisbt.org/

I don't belong to the Certification team, but I believe the app is listed under GNU. Overall, I get bugs assigned to me, I can track changes, bug fixes, etc. Overall, it seems like a decent peice of software.

I don't believe Trac has a forum feature, though. What it offers us is a light weight Wiki, timeline, milestones, trouble tickets, and integration with Subversion. Although I haven't looked at all of the possible extensions, I'm not aware of a forum module available.
