System specs:
p200 Cyrix mmx
32megs RAM
onboard video
IDE 6.4 WD HDD
IDE CDROM
Hello, I am having install problems for SuSE Linux 7.2
I am new to Linux and just picked up a copy.
Install from CD goes well untill step 5 (confirm
installation screen). After I hit yes begin
installation the system does nothing. It is now frozen but just sits idle.
It is hanging there for some reason. I know the HDD and CDROM and
such are all in working order. I have tried many settings in the BIOS and have no extra stuff plugged into the system.
I sent an email to SoSE for help but of course I have no reply from them 🙁
Please give me some idea what to do. Thanks!
