Sort by Date in XP

The only thing i dont like about XP is when i'm in my MP3 folder, i can not sort the mp3 files by the date it was either created or modified, I was wondering if there is something i donno about.. or there is no way to sort my mp3 files by date? so i can pick the latest downloaded files to play....
