That sounds about right. Let's not get bogged down in the little things like domestic policy, shall we?

How about, we are men for the middle class - haha. Kerry is worth $1 billion, Edwards around $100 million - one of the highest paid trial lawyers in the world.
Edwards was the first person in his family to attend college. He neither married into nor was born into money. Now go back to P&N, troll.

Correct.

Unlike Bush, I guess republicans think if it comes from daddy then its ok, but if you come from a blue collar working family that is just rich

Sure, as soon as the Dems decide to tell us what their platform is I can focus on that instead. The closest I've heard so far from Kerry is basically : 'I'm pro-life but my convictions suck so if you want an abortion that's cool'.

...and all I hear from the Bush camp is "as long as we keep fighting the war on terruh, the gays will never take away the sanctity of marriage."

See how retarded that sounds? Both sides have relatively clearly-defined platforms, but people are usually to busy dabbling in character assassination to bother reading up on them.

You're combining two separate issues into one fake quote wheras I merely summarized some of Kerry's recent statements on abortion into one fake quote. If you want to mention something about Bush's stance on abortion that's fine. But responding with something regarding the war on terror, which Kerry and Edwards voted for, and something about gays and marriage really doesn't work here.

Once again, your Pres/VP candidate (assuming you are for Kerry/Edwards) voted for the war.

Based on misinformation and fear of being labeled "unpatriotic" in the wake of 9/11. Just like everyone else.

Ahhh, the typical 'I just lost the argument and now want to bow out of the debate' cookie. Please go back to P&N and learn to argue without resorting to childish last word tactics. They really make you look like an idiot and a troll.

Actually, if you want to be clear, as you are pretending to be, they voted for a resolution that authorized the president to use military force if he thought the Iraqi's weren't cooperating with inspectors. This was after the administration lied for 6 months about WMD's and connections between Iraq and Bin-Laden. So, I guess the question is who is worse? The liars, or the stupid people who believed them?

I'm not bowing out of anything; I just have no desire to spend 5 pages going back and forth with you on whatever it is we're arguing about using the same dead-horse quips. Bush (I guess) represents your views, Edwards (and Kerry for the most part) represent mine.

And for the record, P&N is indeed an excellent place to argue. It is, however, absolutely worthless when it comes to actual rational discussions and/or debate. The whole joke on you P&N regulars is that it's essentially a playpen to keep you gits from cluttering up OT. I'll head over there the next time my ad hominem skills are getting rusty, thanks.

[cheney]Go fvck yourself[/cheney] ?

Works for me

Didn't Kery say that first? I believe it was at a Vietnam Rally of some sort when a group that opposes Kerry asked him to leave as he wasn't a supporter. He answered with the "Fvck You" and flipping the guy off, in front of a group of children.
