Yes, they were much too agressive. In the remakes the Rebellion should try to sit down and iron out their grievances with the Empire.

And I'm sooo pissed off that they fscked with the original trilogy the way they did -- putting that whiney little haiden christensen in at the end of ROTJ, and adding the new scenes with the emporer.
