Sometimes war is the answer because there is no choice. Those times are fairly rare. Other times it is good to bring up a boogey man and go after him. Not into conspiracy x file stories. People are afraid. Saddam makes a nice target. He is Moby Dick, and the crew of the Pequod is going to hunt him down regardless if the situation warrants it or not. People have the lust for war now. I think it is just a matter of time.
