Sorry but Boondock Saints just didn't do it for me...

People who give their intellectualism too much credit probably think it's brilliantly making some kind of statement on bringing criminals to justice (that our legal system doesn't go far enough). Other than that, it's a movie that tries too hard at being stylish and dramatic but is obviously forced and poorly executed. Over-f'in-rated.

Well I (your brother) am right CTHD does have a love theme. 2 of them actually if you were paying attention which they space out with badass fighting. guess your too young to understand

yeah ok 2 but they are kinda weak so easily forgetable since almost 90% of the people that saw the movie only remember the fight scenes and went for the fight scenes..

since this isnt our personal bitching thread im not gonna bother with responding about whos right anymore since it is a matter of opinion. but in reference to the totle of the thread no there are move overhyped movies considering boondocks saints was more of a sleeper/underground hit i wouldnt say it was hyped that much at all. i mean if you want hype just think.... star wars.. episode1...

eh, I enjoyed the movie. I liked the dad, and I liked willem dafoe's character. It was 10 bucks at BB and I bought it, but I haven't watched it yet.

Charismatic young stars Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus play two Irish brothers, Connor and Murphy, who believe themselves ordained by God to rid the world of evil men.
