haha yeah I know what you mean. I play ultimate outside which is good...I have a feeling once I get to college Ill run outdoors a lot more...only a few more weeks of the indoor running
 
2 types of leg pain

muscle soreness: this will go away as you improve your fitness. It tells you that you are improving.

joint soreness: this only gets worse unless you treat/rest

I feel your pain. I stopped playing DDR for a good 3 months, and recenty started up again. Skill level is the same, but stanima? Oh noes! played like 8 songs and almost passed out. I used to be able to 15-20 before being tired...
