Welcome to the party McMaster. Nice to see you aren't another baby carrot sucking yesman that seems to make up so much of this disaster of an admin.
I wouldn't go that far. With all these stories no one has left the admin in a principled stance. I'm sure we will see McMaster front and center denying everything.

If he walks from the admin then I'll praise him.

Has the officer who said he would disregard illegal nuclear launch orders from Trump been fired yet?

Why would he be fired? It is his job and responsibility to disregard Illegal Orders. The same holds true for all service members.

Because in the Trump administration, whether or not something is legal doesn't matter -- it's whether or not you'll do what Trump says without question. Just ask James Comey.

Comey needed to be fired even if only for the way that he mishandled his job during the end of the Obama Admin.

The rest of your post is opinion, political bias and speculation.

Except of course we know from Trump himself that’s not why he was fired. It’s why he’s being investigated for obstruction of justice.

But that's not why he was fired. Trump openly admitted that it was because Comey wouldn't "let go" of the Russia investigation after repeated attempts to pressure Comey into dropping the case. That's not bias; that's absolute fact.

He was serving at the will of the President and can be fired at will.

What was obstructed?

Oh yeah, nothing.

He most certainly cannot he fired for corrupt reasons as that’s obstruction of justice. If Trump fired Comey in order to impede the Russia investigation that is a crime. It doesn’t matter if he has the power to fire Comey otherwise. Similarly, CEOs have the power to shred any documents they possess if they feel like it. If they do so to impede an investigation though, that is a crime.

Now go back and look at what Trump said about why he fired Comey. What does that indicate to you?

Seroiusly? You're asking that question of Trollbot #451 and expect any sort of coherent, cogent answer?

Damn, my bad. I hate missing sarcasm. ;)

The point is the attempt at obstruction of justice, not whether or not Trump was successful. If you attempt a badly-planned, ineffective bank heist, you're still guilty of attempted robbery.

Trump's problem is intelligence. It's a combination of intellectual maturity and attention span, together with a nearly complete lack of intellectual curiosity..

But I do think McMaster's statement is offensive regarding kindergartners.

That's only because Rosenstein appointed a special counsel in response to the firing of Comey. I'll bet Donnie didn't see that coming.

Trump was a damned fool to fire Comey. It may well prove to be his undoing.

That you don't get how things really work.

Good thing there's an investigation to determine if a crime was committed, isn't it?

But you seem so sure that a crime was committed why hasn't he been indicted for obstruction yet?

seriously, you aren't that simple minded. you know full well that Mueller is investigating far more than just obstruction and that he still hasn't interviewed several important people. do you really think Mueller would issue an indictment for trump before he is done investigating everything?
