I think I am addicted....

I used to slam Coke, Pepsi and Mountain Dew down all day but had to get away from that so I started drinking tea....Then started on sweet tea that's loaded with sugar...I am like Uncle Si on Duck Dynasty. Carrying a cup of tea around with me all day...

I don't think its the caffeine for me as much as it is the sugar.

Big time physical addiction. Mental not at all.

I have to remind myself to drink a coffee before 12pm on weekends, or I'll get a major headache.

Yesterday I had an early flight back home and didn't get a chance to grab a coffee. Big mistake. By the time I got home around 3pm, I had the worst headache ever. Almost threw up. Drank a coffee and some advil and fell asleep.

meh

We are all addicts in some way /shape or form. Addiction becomes a problem when it significantly alters your life and people around you for the worse.

I don't recall caffeine doing that.

I agree with that small addition. With coffee, I'm my normal hardworking amiable self. Without, I kill people. Everyone here seems to agree, keeping me supplied with coffee is a good thing. :D
