I had home made chicken stew with biscuits but a nice cheeseburger would have been good too !

Kikoman teriyanki sauce is available in any supermarket. Look in the section where they stock ketchup and barbecue sauce.

Tri-tip is an often overlooked cut of meat usually used in Mexican cooking. You can get it pretty cheap in most stores. It has a good flavor and, if you slice it properly, is very tender.
