yeah I lived with a couple of different chicks in my time. Never did anything with them. I am still really good friends with one of them.

Yeah if they dont pay the rent just call Mr Farley on them! Or make them buy you drinks at the Regal Beagle!

I don't have problem with confrontation. If sh1t is going down that I don't approve of they will hear about it verbally and in writting in the form of an addendum to the lease.
 
I've been living with a girl for 4 years. After awhile you just learn to filter out the noise but honestly you don't want to see their lifestyles at home.

My vision of the future....

gigapet sits in front of his computer playing WoW. He has to use headphones because his girl roommate is getting seriously banged in the next room and is making lots of noise.
 
eh, if you ever want them to move out just start hitting on one to make the other completely nutso jealous and then let them fight it out.
 
I lived with two women during my last year at college.

One was an avid lesbian, the other one taken by a guy; I had zero interest in either of them, they were headcases.

Be prepared for much drama to ensue from nothing.
Be prepared to purchase much toilet paper as rolls will mysteriously disappear. You will go through a whole bunch, then say "wtf? Where'd they all go?"
Be prepared for loud noises and such in the wee hours of the night.
Be prepared to have fun with them in general otherwise.

you guys are all talking about college girls.

kansas is out of college and is in the work force. So she has matured some.

The only one tha tmay be a problem is the 19 y.o.

I'm not to worried though.
