I'm looking for the form to claim the 10x bonus pts... i could have sworn i bookmarked it/saved it, but that's at school and i forgot to open up the ports for VNC... sooo.. does anyone have it? the site links to one from last year. The CSR wasn't very helpful.. i'll try again later tho.

Oops, sorry I missed that part. 🙁 Yeah, those CSRs aren't too helpful ("call SonyStyle") and the SonyStyle folks are just about the same ("it's Citibank's problem").

Work from this link This one doesn't have any expiration dates so I think this is the "standard" form. Instead of clicking promotions, I clicked "about the card" and followed the "Points/Credit Request Form" link underneath the "Redeeming Points" heading.

Sony Card owes me 3,000 points that I'll never get because they have "no record of it." I signed up during a 5,000-point promo and only got 2,000. I just sent in the form redeeming those points for some headphones. We'll see how that goes.

i love the points...

i use it for business purpose... so i rack up points quickly.... about 3k-5k per month.
i always get ps2 games, maybe i should save for a laptop....

hrm... well, so far i've been able to redeem all my points.. hopefully the stuff from sonystyle won't be a problem.
