If it does play HALO it would probably be an unpleasant experience. Like fbrdphreak said get 1gb+ of ram as that will help a lot. If you want to game I would pick another notebook though.

Yup. Try the Gateway 15.4" A64 models at BBY. There is one with an A64 3400+ 64MB X600 on sale for $1K and one with an A64 3700+ 128MB X600 for $1250 on sale.

Let me know what you think...I must be able to play halo....

Better but still not as good as a true dedicated video card. Borrowing video ram from system memory s slower.. What are your requirements for a notebook? Maybe one of us can recommend something that better fits your needs.

There are plenty of notebooks that game just fine and dont have the 17" power hungry screen that the 9300 has. The gateway fhrdphreak mentioned is a good example. The x600 isnt fantastic but will do a much better job then integrated graphics or a hybrid solution like the 6200. Other options are the asus z71v (Geforce go 6600) or z70a (ATI X700) refresh but those are more expensive.

Like I mentioned above... If the OP could provide some other requirements I'm sure one of us here could come up with something that fits.

ok I've been looking at the ASUS Z71V. Would this play any game I want? I currently have a desktop with an AMD 3000+ and a 6600GT video card. How does the 6600 GO stack up to the GT? I need to get a notebook for work but would like it to play games as well. I am going to sell my pc and just use the notebook so that is why I want it to play games. Thanks for all your help.

Would it be worth it to try to get the Go 6800 ultra?
