Sony VAIO overheating

I have a sony vaio PCG-GRS700. The system overheats even though i don't use any CPU intensive tasks.. infact it reaches close to 70 degrees after a few hours of use.

I tried opening it up to clean the fan and vents but I was not able to remove the CPU heatsink i looked all around but couldn't find a guide on opening up the G Series laptop... Please help..
