Sony sonicstage_cant import old .omc files

Hello,

My bother owns a NetMD and had put over 30 hours of songs
into Sony`s sonicstage (program for getting songs onto Minidisc for P.C.)

I had to reload my computer.
I saved all my bothers songs.
After I got the machine working, i went to import the songs back
but it says it cant play them because of copyright.
The songs are in .omc format which sonicstage uses.
Is there anything, I can do?
