Uhhh....try adding to your cart and then it will show up.....damn everyone loves to thread crap given the oportunity. Why not ask nicely, like "it shows as $499 to me, any ideas on this?" or you could just try and see if it works when you add it to your cart as many savings on the web work this way.

why bother with the dcr-hc40 when you can go into a best buy or circuit city and get the dcr-hc32 for the same price. Sure your still pictures won't be a whoppin' 1 megapixel but you get twice the optical zoom and a docking station.

....I did add it to my cart. Still showed up at 499. 😕

My bad....when I posted the deal was still good, looks as if it's dead now I will edit the thread.
