Sony GRX notebook - BIOS

Just got this notebook in, does anyone know how to access the BIOS of this notebook?

It's got to be some key combination when the black screen shots up with the word Sony on it.

It's quite surprising Sony doesn't give a detailed manual really, just the steps on how to set it up and that's it.

 
It may not have one, new Toshibas bios is handled in windows.

Is a Intel or Microsoft thing, has the linux people all riled up
 
All systems have some kind of BIOS.

I found it by presssing F2. No setting for enabling/disabling speedstep though.
