the rebate ends today...and so do a lot of other rebates. what is with the 3/31/01 date for expirations? it seems like every single deal/rebate/coupon expires TODAY. does that mean that prices generally drop after this date or new products are released or what?!

Well I called Amazon last night and after about 25 mins they finally answered and told me they are a Sony Authorized Dealer. Don't hold me to it, but thats what the lady told me.
