I got the Canon A75 yesterday for $169.99, but I'm tempted to return it and pick this sucker up. The Canon has a nice feature where you can add on lenses, but the price is right here!

Although the price is an effective factor, Canon is far more superior to SONY A75 has much crispier image output. If the $$$ is important factor, go for SONY, but it has much lower quality.

I wouldn't go that far. I've had a sony digital camera for 2-3 years now (DSC-P9), and while yes comparable canon's do have a better picture quality in certain situations, i wouldn't go as far as to say that the Sony is significanly worse than the Canon. IMO not enough to justify almost twice the price.
