Now only if Sony will lower the darn rip off prices on the memory stick pro. I'm sick of carrying a few 128MB MS around.

Not really, my last three 128mb memory sticks were all acquired at about $25 a piece. That's in the same ballpark as CompactFlash. Long gone are the days when memory sticks had a 100% premium.

Compact Flash (before rebate) are still usually at least $40 before rebate or deal for a 128mb stick. Lexar's same size memory sticks have been $40-45 before rebate for a while now. (the cheapest compact flash prices are for the crappier brands too, so even if lexar ms < sony ms, we're still comparing memory cards/sticks of similar quality level.

Edit: I would have to agree with you though if you were arguing the price and availability of sticks > 128mb. Compared to other memory technologies, MS is way behind on that one. I've been dying for a larger stick for the longest time now. :)
