My Lite-On DVD burner today just stopped working it wouldnt read movies or anything so Im just going to buy a new one. Is the Sony DRU-720A a good buy? Has anyone had any use with it. Please any response would be much helpful.

Thank you in advance

So the dvd burner I have started up again working good but now its gone out again and the dvd burner Ive been looking at is the sony one I mentioned so has anyone had any experience with this dvd burner or had any good reviews of this burner?

Thanks

Yeah I saw it but I need it a lot sooner. Like today or tomorrow. And the only one that my entire town has is the Sony one. So is it good or not?

How much are they charging for the Sony? I wouldn't pay more than $50 for any optical drive right now. Sony makes decent drives, but just make sure the price isn't too high...

In the 7 days since you originally posted this you could have Googled it and in 5 seconds found a link to Anandtech's review.
