This is what it has come down to for me. I can find the NEC FE991SB (Black) on Newegg for $253 + $10 Fedex Saver Shipping and this Sony one off of a computer maker's site, ABS Computer, for $300 with free Fedex Saver Shipping. I created a poll for this, please vote! I am buying either one on Monday...and I am leaning towards the Sony because nobody has said anything bad about it...and I've heard things for and against the NEC one.
Edit: The Sony CPD-G410R is $360 on that same website with free Fedex Saver Shipping as well. I have ruled that out only because I don't need the top end one...I play a lot of games, watch DVDs and do a lot with text but I don't have much money at this moment (and the monitor is getting worse now).
