I'm thinking of buying either a Sony E400 monitor or the G400. I looked a bit at the specs on Sony's homepage and they seem to be the same so does anyone know what the G400 offer that justifies the added pricetag?

I'm planning on running it in 1280x1024x85 if that matters.

I think the G400 has a higher refresh rate and some special coating on the screen that E400 doesn't have.

Other than that I have no idea.

I'm also told that the specs on the Sony website is wrong...

the G400 model has a little higher bandwidth that allows it to have a little higher refresh rate. It also has dual computer monitor inputs, so you can plug two computers into it and just flip a switch up in the bottom front of the unit to change to the other computer.

Yup, i run mine at 1600x1200 large fonts @85hz. i'm sure the E400 would run at 75 or lower... not kewl at all.
