Hi guys. I have installed the Clie PDA software onmy WIndows XP Pro machine. I tried a Hotsync when the cradle was conencted to a USB hub. It said that the port was already in use on teh PDA and would not sync. I thne changed teh COM port, still not working. I then moved the PDA to a USB port on its own, still does not work. When I Hotsynced first, it said that the hardware had not installed prperly or something in the SYstem Tray, please help, I really dont know what to do. Thanks

I cannot see that anywhere, got a URL? AM in the UK and don't think they do the Palm OS upgrade here.
